Meet Marianna! Marianna is from Monte Di Procida, Italy. Her professional background is in the restaurant industry. Before coming to the United States she worked in the high end restaurant world in Florence. Like many moving to the U.S., Marianna came to Philadelphia to find more career opportunities. Once stateside she continued working in the restaurant world serving as the general manager at Positano Coast for 15 years.

Since Marianna was a child she had dreams of owning her own business. Although she enjoyed her time in the restaurant industry there was something missing. She discovered her creative passions from working at Positano and fell in love with floral design. Well, the seeds had been planted. It was time for Marianna to let her creative passions lead her to her next journey.

Origin Story

Marianna decided to go to the Flower School of New York. It was there she trained alongside New York’s most renowned floral artists. Her passion for all things beautiful led her to what she loved and Creations by Coppola was born. She began her business out of her house in 2014. Four years later she was ready for a brick and mortar location and in 2018 she opened her doors on Passyunk Ave.

Marianna’s nostalgic memories of her seaside hometown, known for its jagged cliffs, dramatic vistas, and lemon tree orchards serve as the inspiration for her floral arrangements. Her passion is in crafting beautiful stories through flowers. If you ever get the chance to meet Marianna you immediately feel that passion and her love for creating.
